How do I save my game progress?
Tank Pro uses a Cloud Sync system. Go to the in-game Command Center (Settings), enter your email address, and verify it with the OTP code sent to your inbox. Once verified, your base and fleet progress is automatically saved to our secure servers.
I lost my account! How do I recover it?
Do not panic! Simply reinstall the game, go to Settings, and enter the same email address you used to register. We will send a new OTP code. Enter the code, and your progress (tanks, upgrades, items) will be restored instantly to your device.
Can I play offline?
Yes, Commander! Tank Pro supports an Offline Campaign Mode. You can play missions and grind resources without an internet connection. However, you will need to establish a connection to purchase supplies or sync your save data.
How do I unlock new tanks and weapons?
New armored vehicles and heavy weaponry are unlocked by defeating Warzone Bosses or opening Supply Crates using in-game currency. You can customize your tank's loadout in the Arsenal before deploying.
I purchased supplies but didn't receive them.
Please try restarting the game to refresh your connection to Headquarters. If the items still don't appear in your inventory, please use the Contact Form below. Make sure to include your Commander ID and a screenshot of the Purchase Receipt (from Google Play or Apple).
