Terms of Service

1. Rules of Engagement (Agreement to Terms)

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "Commander") and Tank Pro ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or deploying into Tank Pro, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the application and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Application is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Application (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial tactical operations only.

3. Commander Representations & Conduct

By operating the Application, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
• You will not access the Application through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
• You will not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Prohibited activities on the battlefield include:

1. Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Application to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from HQ.
2. Making any unauthorized use of the Application, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of commanders by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited transmissions.
3. Using any cheat codes, automation software (bots), speed hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Tank Pro experience.

4. Military Funds and Virtual Assets

Tank Pro may include virtual currency (e.g., Credits, Gold Bars) or virtual items (e.g., Tanks, Weapon Upgrades, Armor Platings) that may be purchased with real money or earned through combat operations.

You agree that Virtual Assets have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or other services outside the game. All sales of Virtual Assets are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, balance, or eliminate Virtual Assets at our discretion to ensure fair warfare.

5. Base Security (OTP System)

We utilize a secure OTP (One-Time Password) system via email for accessing your Command Center. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. We are not liable for any loss of tanks, resources, or damage arising from your failure to protect your comms channel (email access).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, engineers, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of combat data, or other damages arising from your deployment in the application.
